Sale Pricing
Periodically Trading Phrases will offer sales on our vinyl lettering products. Unfortunately our sale prices are only in effect when stated and are not retroactive to prior purchases made on our site.
Shipping
Most orders will ship within 3 days from the date of purchase. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service and do not ship on Sundays or major holidays. All orders over $75 ship FREE within the United States. Please refer to the chart below for shipping rates. Ohio residents will be charged sales tax on their purchases and on shipping at a rate of 6.75%.

*The above rates are typical shipping charges and are subject to change at any time without notice to the customer. The customer will be charged the current shipping rates in effect at the time of the order which will be reflected on the customer's invoice during the checkout process.
**The shipping charges do not include any VAT, customs, or local fees for international orders. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred by their local postal services in addition to the shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your vinyl lettering purchase. Returns can be accepted within 30 days of purchase (see below). All sales become final after 30 days. Please review our Return Policy carefully:
- Please indicate the reason for your return on your product packing slip. Returns should be mailed to: Trading Phrases ATTN: Returns, 7240 Midland Chase Loop, Columbus GA 31909.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned products including the shipping costs of an exchange item. Please note that Trading Phrases cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
- We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. Trading Phrases is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges and any special handling fees). Refunds will be credited only on the customer's original credit card. PayPal customers will receive a credit to their account. Customers who have paid by personal check will receive a check from Trading Phrases.
- Vinyl lettering that becomes damaged during the shipping process by the Postal Service will be replaced by Trading Phrases at no charge to the customer.
- If part of your order is missing or incorrect (missing letters, wrong color, incorrect design, etc.) please notify us. We will gladly correct the error at no charge if notified within 6 months from the purchase date.
Custom Orders
Trading Phrases will create a custom vinyl lettering order upon request and customers should complete the order form here. However, the decision whether to create your custom design will be made at the sole discretion of Trading Phrases. We reserve the right to refuse any order which we feel is inappropriate or inconsistent with the values of our company.
Damage to Surfaces
Trading Phrases is not responsible for any damage incurred by applying or removing our vinyl lettering designs by the customer to any wall or surface. Please be careful when applying or removing vinyl. Refer to the application instructions included with your order and our FAQ page for further directions.
