• City, State Zip
• Country (if not in the US)
• Office phone
• Fax
• Website
• Information about your trade credentials from one or more of the following:
  • AIA American Institute of Architects
  • ASID American Society of Interior Designers
  • CID Certified Interior Decorators International
  • IADA Interior Arrangement & Design Association
  • IDS Interior Design Society
  • IIDA International Interior Design Association
  • Business card for a design-related business
  • Business License or Sales Tax Certificate for a design-related business
